Rob Meyer has served as a Social Studies Teacher, Middle School/High School Assistant Principal, Primary School Principal, and 4K-12 Director of Teaching & Learning. He is able to support schools in their devleopment of Professional Learning Communities at Work, Response to Intervention, curriculum, impactful instructional strategies, professional learning plans, and instructional coaching programs. He has served as a mentor to Principals and Central Office leaders.
Rob has an undergraduate from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, a Master's Degree from Cardinal Stritch University, and a doctorate from Edgewood College.
Rob currently serves the Beaver Dam Unified School District (Beaver Dam, WI) as the Director of Teaching & Learning. He is also an Associate for Solution Tree, Inc. and Past President of the Wisconsin affiliate of ASCD (WASCD.ORG).

Haley currently serves as an assistant principal at Ponte Vedra High School in St. Johns County, Fl. She has more than 20 years of experience in education. The majority of her time has been in the classroom as a high school biology, anatomy and physiology teacher.
She currently works with the University of North Florida designing a coaching and mentoring course for the College of Education’s Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. She is an active member of the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA), serving on both the conference committee and legislative committee. Haley is completing her doctorate in curriculum and instruction from the University of North Florida where she also holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership (2009).

Professional Learning Communities, School Leadership
James Rawls currently serves as a principal in a large metropolitan school district in Georgia. With more than 20 years of experience in education, he has served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal in a variety of secondary school settings, including higher achieving Title I and diverse school populations.
His leadership skills and expertise are evident, as James has successfully led multiple schools in implementing the PLC at Work® process to improve learning outcomes. In his previous appointment, James served as principal at a Model PLC at Work school that was identified by Niche as one of the top one percent of the most diverse and the top 10 percent of the best public middle schools in America. He played a pivotal role in facilitating the highest growth of all middle schools in the county, as measured by the State of Georgia CCRPI score (66–86.3). Additionally, James led the implementation of the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) framework, which resulted in a 47 percent average reduction of disciplinary referrals as well as four consecutive years of earning a Georgia School Star Climate Rating of five stars, the highest possible rating. Currently, James is the principal of the highest achieving Title I middle school in the county and the only middle school to achieve local, state, and national STEM certification.
James earned a specialist degree in educational leadership from Argosy University. He earned a master’s degree in middle grades education and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Armstrong State University. James also received multiple certifications and licensures during his 15 years of military service in the United States Army and Army Reserve.
